13. Force Majeure
StringScales shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental or regulatory actions, labor disputes, power outages, cyber-attacks, technical failures, or interruptions to internet services. This includes any unforeseen events or circumstances that prevent StringScales from fulfilling its obligations despite reasonable efforts to do so.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
- Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes through amicable means or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms before resorting to court proceedings.
